The Strategic Marketing Plan delivered to TIME Unlimited included a recommended tactical plan and schedule for implementation. The SMP was comprehensive and delivered brand strategy, communications strategy including creation of key marketing messages, voice and tone, and digital strategy including recommended use of social media channels. The key element of the SMP was recommended product campaigns which utilises integrated marketing to communicate the same offer across multiple channels simultaneously. These campaigns are targeted to meet customer needs by selling the right product at the right time to the right person on the right channel.
