Bid documents (booklets) are created throughout the year - many of which are sent off-shore to a range of countries laden with essential conference information, stunning scenic imagery plus accommodation and activities. They appeal to various organisations and assist with hosting meetings and conferences here in NZ, plus help the tourism economy by encouraging conveners to extend their trip providing Pre & Post Touring options.
The latest addition to the 'Bid family' of collateral is websites - a more interactive format for delegates to access from anywhere in contrast to a printed document - plus it's environmentally conscious!

Every business listing will also be fully-integrated with a new CRM. Having a CRM has enabled CINZ to better come to know, track and communicate with buyers and CINZ members, providing an improved service overall to the M.I.C.E industry.

Their website software also includes the évoSuite enterprise™ Business Listings Management System, allowing every CINZ member to have 'a website within the website'. Professional Conference organisers and other buyers can do a simple or advanced search of New Zealand regions and locations to find venues, accommodation, activities and other conference services. CINZ members can really profile their businesses, including features such as an interactive Google Map, image gallery, downloadable documents and YouTube embedded video with their listing.
