RéserveGroup are pleased to announce that Central Otago's District Development have selected évoSuite enterprise™ to advance their sales, marketing and communications efforts.

A new website for the Central Otago region has been designed by RéserveGroup and is currently being built. The new websites features évoSuite enterprise™ Business Listings Management System, enabling Central Otago to profile and promote (and users to search) literally hundreds of businesses and organisations.

The website therefore will become
the online 'hub' for Central Otago - encouraging travellers to visit the spectacular destination, encouraging families and professionals to consider a move to this growing region to enjoy the unmatched lifestyle and offering the current population a comprehensive resource for information on their region's facilities and direction.

Central Otago District Development will also be utilisitng the new évoSuite enterprise™ Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System.

The CRM system will enable Central Otago to better manage their thousands of contacts, stakeholders, suppliers and clients - to better understand and service their clients.
The CRM is accessed and managed from within the user's own Microsoft Outlook - where professionals spend the much of their working hours.

As well as being able to operate a sophisticated CRM (that is completely integrated with the website and website business listings) from their Outlook, Central Otago can completely content-manage their website from their Outlook also.

évoSuite enterprise™  includes other marketing software that Central Otago will also take advantage of, and every single tool can be accessed and managed through the user's own Outlook.

Using the Announcements, Document Management and email Marketing software, the following tasks can
all be done from the user's Outlook, as just a selection of examples:

Regional Events can be posted and promoted to the general public, an important Press Release can be sent direct to Trade contact via an attractive templated email, a high resolution image can be posted to a Image Library within the website, with access level set so only logged-in Media contacts can download it, a new tourism operator can be listed on the website and loaded into the CRM, a special offer can be sent via email to an FIT database, and then the results of the same email campaign can be evaluated using the email Marketing reporting tools within the system...

...and so much more!
