Product Delivery Manager

To ensure our web team is meeting their build deadlines we need a great multi-tasker who knows how to deliver quality. Your amazing organisational skills and attention to detail mean you know how to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. You’ll have experience with time and people management and the initiative needed to coordinate our projects and create project timelines. There is a technical aspect to this role, so if you have some web project management background or coding experience that would be ideal.
We can offer training to the right person, but we’ll do cartwheels if you have:
- Experience with successfully driving projects.
- The ability to report, track, measure and communicate success or failure of critical milestones.
- Proven experience managing the technical development of projects.
- A background working collaboratively with account and project managers to develop scope and timelines for client solutions.
- Excellent communication and organisation skills.
- SEO, tagging and wire frame know-how.
- An understanding or HTML, Flash and JavaScript.

Business Development Manager

We’re looking for a smart, self-motivated Business Development Manager with loads of energy and enthusiasm to join us. You’ll have red-hot business skills, a cool-head and a proven track record in sales with marketing and/or account management experience. We’re also tourism marketing specialists, so if you have a background in the tourism industry that would be advantageous but not essential. You’ll be given a lot of scope to develop this role yourself, depending on your interests and strengths, allowing you to grow your portfolio through your own initiative.
We can offer training to the right person, but ideally you’ll also:
• Know how to give great advice to your clients about online marketing and how to optimise their websites
• Be a sales hunter with a proven ability to identify and win new business
• Be experienced with selling software and/or digital solutions
• Be able to confidently handle yourself in a busy office and competitive market
• Have experience working with a creative and web development team
• Be a professional communicator, who loves delivering only the best solutions and support to your customers.

We sometimes wear fake moustaches, but only during Movember. We love what we do, we’re really good at it and now we need a Customer Service Assistant to join our growing team.
You’ll be able to listen to all types - their questions or issues, translate geek to plain English; will want to work with a great team and for a great company... You’re motivated, professional and can handle being part of a slightly nutty, but hard-working Customer Services Team who work alongside web builders, designers and other creative types (watch out, some of them have chickens as pets).
What you have that’ll make us want you:
